Now, it is the goal for the archives administration system to establish an optimize-structure, scientifically managed archives standard system, which can provide efficient service. To achieve this, the first thing needs to be done is to modernize archives management. Modernization of archival work is inseparable from the standardization of archival work, an important part of the standardization of archival work is the archival work of technical standards in today’s global information technology, archival work of technical standards in file development process is increasingly important. International organizations and developed countries in the process of archival information system attaches great importance to the technical standards of archival work, and have achieved remarkable results. For various reasons, the technical standards of China’s archival work there are still many problems:the concept of basic technical standards for archival work,"Definition of fuzzy; file terminology standardization work, there are a lot of problems, definitions of terms lag, the use of non-standard; protection of the archival work of technical standards relatively limited, the development of technical standards for moderate; archival work of technical standards development lag, dynamic maintenance is too long, the systematic lack of; archival work standard system has not been established. Therefore, combining our country archives work practice, this paper from the domestic and foreign archives work the status of technical standards were compared, using internal and external factors are analyzed, revealing the main problems, and the corresponding countermeasure study shows, the hope of China’s archival work technical standard system construction to provide some reference for our country, and then Archives standardization thinking to provide some direction.This thesis consists of six chapters:The first part is an introduction, then introduces the research background, based on the review and analysis of relevant documents at home and abroad, the thesis puts forward the research purpose and significance; elaborated domestic and abroad research situation; and introduces the research methods, research thought and innovation.The second part is about the archival work in the technical standard of related concepts and classification, and expounds Archives Technical Standards for the role and significance of archives work; discusses in detail the technical standard and the concept for the convenience of its classification, pointed out that the archives work of technical standards in the archives work of standardization of the position and development its importance.The third part from the archives work technical standard five classifications were compared with the Chinese and foreign development situation of international organizations, other countries with significant achievements and development characteristics of introduced, existing to our country’s technical standards for classification analysis, factor analysis for the following chapters of tamp foundation.The fourth part through the archives of the internal and external factors to influence technical standards for analysis of archives work, from politics, law, society, science and technology four external factors as well as the file type, file personnel quality two internal factors into consideration, in order to discover our country archives work in the development of technical standards and powerful thrust.The fifth part according to the above chapters in the analysis, based on the actual situation in China, focuses on five countermeasures to solve the problem.The last chapter summarizes major finds, implications and limitations of the study.
