| In recent years, the marine science and technology is developing so fast. Theoffshore test field became our country the urgent demand of marine science, thatserves in the technology ofmarine science and the military ocean research. In2009,the national ocean technology center took the leadto demonstrateand undertaketheproject of "Prototype Design and construction technology researchof Offshore TestField", which is the marine public welfare industry research special. It is to resolvethis demand. The content of this paper is one of the main research contents for theoffshore test field digital technology. The main work includes:1.Analyzing the development of ocean observing systems with testing functionand the data management methods. And analyzing the operational requirements,system functional requirements and performance requirements of the offshore testfield in detail.2.Putting forward the overall design of the data management system with theoffshore test field on the basis of analyzing the system requirements. The overalldesign of the system was determined and recognized. The system was divided intoseven modules: user login control, data acquisition, platform management, testmanagement, datacomparison, user management and event management.3.Completing the development of the data management system about theoffshore test feild in Windows XP. The system adopts B/S and Oracle10g, and usesWeb services, XML and other technologies. The system could receive, transmit, storeand apply the observing data fast and efficiently.The main contribution of this paper is that a variety of observational data wereconverted into a unified data format which will enhance the adaptability of the system;we also introduced the Web service technologywhich will enhance the dilation of thesystem and is usefull for integrating the system in the future. The offshore test feilddata management system has been put into operation. The practical application showsthat the design of this system reasonably and effectively achieves the goal of theoffshore test field data managementandimproves the level and efficiency of marine data management. And it can be the reference for the design of similar systems. |
