The Discussion On Type And Reason Of Network Public Opinion’s Over Expression

As our society developed into the period of social transformation, the various social conflicts and disputes emerges, the most significant of which is the housing price gets higher and higher, employment situation is still severe and inflation is going on, the livelihood issues, such as medical,education and food safety, is the obvious representation, for the above‐mentioned situation, the negative news subsequently and come.At the same time, with the new media, for instance the MicroBlog(Twitter) developing rapidly, the negative news spread in unprecedented speed and breadth. In this social context, how the traditionally voice of authority, mainstream media, find its position, define its role, exert its function, as well as lead the Internet users express their opinion reasonably and rationally in new media environment, in which negative news’ dissemination in nuclear fission type, appears urgent and important.This paper mainly adopts qualitative analysis, combining with the concept analysis and literature methodology. The paper is divided into three parts, that is preparation as section one, analysis as section, and suggestions as section three, the whole article composed of a total six chapters. Section one mainly represents the origin,the significance, the current state and the methods of the research, and discusses present situation of China Internet development, the Chinese netizens’ scale and today’s China negative news network transmission problems. Analysis section is the core and key section of this article, which demonstrate the over‐expression of public opinion’s types, characteristics and causes, in the negative news network transmission process.Suggestions section is the point part of this article, as well as the the reality meaning of this research, which discuss the necessity of mainstream media cope with over expression of public opinion on the Internet, suggest the specific measures which mainstream media apply to do with excessive expression of network public opinions, and after discussions the communication obstacles between mainstream media and network, to find three feasible countermeasures to overcome the communication obstacles.This article attempts to talk through how mainstream media avoid and lead over expression of public opinion on the Internet in the process of negative news transmission timely and effectively, with a certain degree of prospective and realistic significance; From the perspective of theory, this paper studies the previous few studied "the over‐expression of public opinion on the Internet in negative news transmission process ", possesses certain reference value to follow‐up researches; In addition, based on analysis and demonstration, the author gives suggestions to mainstream media, and expect to reduce and lower the negative effect brought by improper propagation mode in negative news communication process.
