| Compared with other training modes, operator training on the hydro-plant simulation machine has been widely used in the operation training due to its low cost, short training cycle, ease of accident practice, voluntariness of operation. The creditability of the simulation machine’s function is very significant to the training effect.In this thesis, the creditability of the simulation machine is verified though the model establishment, simulation with SIMULINK and results comparison with those of the simulation and the machine. Firstly, the operation training system of Fengman hydro-plant was analyzed. Next, the mathematics models of each part in the simulation machine such as the hydraulic turbine and its governor, hydro-generator and its excitation system, and the power grid were established. Then, the synchronization of the generator to the grid, the fault states, power regulation during steady state were simulated with MATLAB/SIMULINK. Finally, the simulation results were compared with the data of the training simulation machine. The comparison results verify the creditability of the simulation machine. |
