Research On Intelligent Production&Operation Management System In Beijing Power Grid

With the advancing of the construction of smart grid in Beijing power grid, improving the power supply reliability by using Lean management and the operation management level by using informatization have become the main melody of safety production. However, there are a series of problems in the existing production&operation management system, such as the ability of fault handling and decision-making assessment is poor, the correlation among different modules is weak. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to research the intelligent production&operation management system of Beijing electric power company. It will comprehensively raise the ability of risk prevention, risk control and fault treatment of Beijing power grid and realize the refined perception and complanate control of operation risk.Firstly, this paper briefly summarizes the current situation and main problems of the production&operation management system in Beijing power grid, and then analyzes the necessity and significance of system upgrading. Secondly, according to the design criteria of normalization design, integration model, systematize control, professional operation, lean maintenance, intelligent decision, interaction command and visualization display, using the software engineering idea of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), one overall design scheme of the intelligent production&operation management system in Beijing power grid is established, and then one corresponding base platform is constructed, which combined with the design criteria of high reliability, low coupling, high safety and high performance. Finally, from risk control, fault treatment, checking management, basic business support and knowledge management aspects, the business applications of the intelligent production&operation management system are analysed, the practice process and main function of each business applications are proposed.
