Pulmonary heart disease may lead to pulmonary hypoxia caused by respiratory distress, serious when can cause the death of the patient. Hypoxia is important as clinical manifestations of oxygen saturation decreased significantly, therefore, in pulmonary heart disease prevention in the process of blood oxygen saturation measurement is very important.This article is based on the design of vascular volume changes in oxygen saturation detection system, the whole system is composed of pulse wave signal acquisition circuit and oxygen saturation detection software is composed of two parts. A signal collection part is mainly composed of a signal conditioning circuit and A/D conversion circuit, signal after sampling51monolithic computer through a serial transmission to a host computer for processing.Blood oxygen saturation detecting part is composed of Lab VIEW programming, including the volume pulse wave signal collection, waveform processing, feature extraction and test database of four function module. Volume pulse wave acquisition module completes the red and infrared signal storage, display and test information storage and other functions; Waveform pretreatment module based on the discrete wavelet transform to the original signal denoising; feature extraction module using the differential threshold method of pulse wave signal waveform of each cycle identified, then extracted from each cycle pulse wave signal characteristic value calculation of blood oxygen saturation; Test database module will test the basic information and the measured oxygen saturation values stored, and can query function check test of the history data. |
