Since the Labor Law, the Occupation Education Law and other laws and regulationswere promulgated in1990s in our country, the system of Occupation Qualifications Certificateand the Occupation Skill Appraisal System were gradually implemented. Technical collegesadministrated by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security require each student must have atechnical school types of occupation qualification before they graduate. Therefore, skillappraisal management became an important part in technical colleges’ educationalmanagement.The development of this system aims to provide convenient and fast Enrollmentmethod to the Test Technicians in each department, to provide the school teachers andstudents with a grade and certificate query and admission certificate printing, and also providerelated information automation management to the examination centre and the TestTechnicians in each department in our school.In this paper, the study of Skills identification certificate management system is based onthe Web technology. It is a management information system built on the Internet environment.In this system, B/S structure is used as the development mode. IIS integration, dynamicwebpage technology (ASP.net), C#and database technology (SQL Server) and Webtechnology are also used.In the paper, the writer first introduces the project’s significance, the researchbackground and research status at home and abroad. Meanwhile, the writer introduces theresearch content and research organization structure; analyzes the system’s target, majorproblems to be solved and the detailed analysis of the functions of the system through thetechnical colleges’ examination management system and service description. Secondly, thewriter presents a summary design of the system from the system network structure, softwarearchitecture and overall function module structure. Thirdly, the writer illustrates the systemdatabase structure and design from database design goal, the concept of database design to thedatabase logical structure design; and introduces the detailed design from the four functionalmodules such as the registration management, performance management, certificatemanagement and user management. The design is based on.Net framework. Finally, this paperintroduces the test environment, test methods, functional testing, performance testing andapplication of the technical colleges’ examination management system. At the end of the paperthe writer summarizes the requirements analysis and system implementation of the system,and puts forward some future work of this system as well.
