The Research On Construction Of Innovation Service System Based On SMS Platform

The innovation service system based on SMS platform in this paper，is to provide asolution to solve the problems of the existing innovation service system，such as theinnovation resources distributed and redundant construction，the narrow service range，thehigh cost of resource construction，and the inconvenience of resources acquisition. Thesystem based on SMS platform not only improves the efficiency of innovation service，butalso provides a reference for value-added service business innovation of mobile operator.This paper starts from analyzing the research background and significance of theinnovation service system based on SMS platform，summarizes the current situation of thevalue-added service and short message service，the development status of the service systembased on the SMS platform，the innovation service system and the evolution path of theinnovation service system at home and abroad.This paper designs the function orientation，functional subjects，general frame，operationmode and organization mode of the system. This paper proposes the cloud mode of resourcesconstruction，the resource contents and ownership，and designs the docking model of theresource cloud and SMS platform. And then it put forward the implementation model and thethree core parts of the system(including the method of innovation service demandtransmission and the SMS codes system，the communication mode of innovation resourcecloud and SMS platform and the process of MO&MT，and the model of the resourceacquisition). Meanwhile，the CRM and requirement data mining，the toll mode of the systemservice，and the mechanism of data security and identity authentication are described.Furthermore，this paper designs a comparative evaluation system of the innovation servicesystem，based on system characteristics，user experience，and innovation optimization.Finally，this paper summarizes the difficulties and problems in the implementationprocess of the system，and then describes the development and expectation of the4thgeneration innovation service system-the innovation service system based on mobiletechnology.
