With the rapid development and popularization of the Internet, new forms of network services continue to be putted forward and applied, which make the occurrence of network link congestion more serious. Network congestion is the main factors affect the network quality of service (QoS) and network performance. To efficiently solve network congestion problems, and ensure the quality of network services is great significance for enhancing network quality of service and network performance. This paper studies the queue-based network congestion control strategy.This paper firstly analyzes some of the existing queue-based network congestion control algorithms, by simulation experiments found that the majority of network congestion control algorithms in anglicizing and designing without taking into account the asymmetry of the network link and the importance of the control messages to maintain the steady state of the network, which makes the algorithm have a certain lack. Secondly, for the effective transmission of the ACK has an important role in packet network system, in order to maintain the steady state of the network, reduce the transmission delay and packet loss rate of the ACK packets, a new network congestion control strategy based on priority queue is brought out, and the simulation results show that when the network link congestion occurs, the algorithm has to give priority to the ability to control information, to ensure the stability of the system state to improve the system throughput, lower packet loss rate, improve the network performance; Finally, for the packet loss probability model of the random early discard in calculating the packet loss probability lacks of precision, without considering the current state of the network, especially the average queue length is between MaxThreshold and the queue maximum length, the algorithm directly drop the packets will enter the queue. By introducing the state of the network system into the calculation of the packet loss probability, this makes up the deficiency of the RED algorithm. The simulation results show that the model with high degree of accuracy in the calculation of packet loss probability, packet loss probability change with the network system status, the system packet loss rate is reduced, and the network performance network performance is improved.
