| The rapid development of today’s radio technology, the rapid growth is demand forradio spectrum resources. Electromagnetic environment is increasingly complicated,various kinds of radio interference has accurred. It is necessary to maintain the goodorder of the airwaves, and continue to promote the rational use of radio spectrumresources and scientific development. How to bring into play the radio monitoring asthe only technical means for the management of spectrum resources is not onlydependent on the hardware performance, but also to rely on the software system.The thesis is started from the radio monitoring and management system, we triedto establish a reliable, portable, rapid deployment of radio monitoring and managementsystem to meet the practical needs of the radio management, according to the airinterception of radio signals through the analysis of physical properties of radiofrequency resources, data processing and analysis, occupancy.The main work of this thesis is as follows:1, We analyses the demand for radio management, and make the functionalproperties of the radio monitoring and management analysis system to meet;2, We do the research of the propagation characteristics of radio signals, theanalysis and the comparison of the radio monitoring methods. It laid a theoreticalfoundation for radio monitoring data acquisition, processing, analysis, showing, inparticular, monitoring data, statistical analysis model;3, We expound the concept of spectrum occupancy. By analyzing the statisticalmodel of spectrum occupancy, the core algorithms of the radio monitoring and analysissystem and characterization of the spectrum occupancy data from the airwaves signalprocess. On this basis, the monitoring parameter setting method to ensure that theoccupancy data obtained to meet the accuracy and reliability requirements;4, according to the monitoring methods and monitoring requirements, Weestablished the station equipment management software, access to the raw data of themonitoring module design, radio monitoring station data management module, radio monitoring data for module design and monitoring statistics to achieve electromagneticdynamic environment monitoring, understanding and mastery of the variation of theelectromagnetic environment. From various aspects such as the occupation of thedistribution of degree and level, to show the analysis of statistical data, monitoring datato provide routine monitoring required to meet the ITU standards and the state radioregulatory department for radio management escort.In summary, this thesis studied the physical characteristics of radio signals, accessmethods, data analysis and processing methods ensure to determine the basic structureof the radio monitoring and analysis to meet the needs of radio management system, andthe actual implementation of this system. This system has been applied in radiomanagement department to obtain the desired results in actual use. |
