Which Has The Function Of State Changes Count The Iso 18000-6 - C Tag Chip Digital Circuit Design

RFID(Radio Frequency Identification), as an advanced automatic identification technology, is developed with the radio technology and large scale integrated circuits. With a great deal of advantages such as non-contact, high information processing speed, long-distance reading ability, reusable and strong anti-interference ability, it has been widely used in all aspects of production and life, and also been considered as the cornerstone of Internet of Things. Although RFID technology has received great attention of many governments, but in our country is still at the primary stage of development, and is lack of independent key technologies. Therefore, the research in this dissertation has great significance.In this paper, based on the ISO/IEC18000-6C protocol, research and design an electronic tag chip, which has the founction of counting state of change. We first introduce the history, present situation and prospect of RFID technology, then we describe the composition and basic principles of RFID system, analysis and comparison of the ISO/IEC18000-6international standards. For the tag chip application requirements, we study on the key technologies in the design of digital baseband circuit, including the low power consumption and initialization of tags, propose the architecture of digital system and design specifications, followed by a detail design ideas and realization, also with the functional simulation of each module circuit. Finally, the whole chip has been implemented and fabricated successfully in TSMC0.18um CMOS Mixed Signal Process. The chip test results show that all the functions and specifications of the digital chip are consistent with ISO/IEC18000-6C protocol, and achieved the expected design goals.
