| With the development of China’s infrastructure construction, Construction ProjectInformation Management has increasingly become the focal point of the constructionunit to improve and strengthen their management level and service capabilities.Therefore, how to effectively design and develop a construction project informationmanagement system (hereafter CPIMS) to achieve internal managementinformationization, electronic, automationization, intelligent, Paperless office and officeefficiency improvement, has become an urgent issue.In order to effectively address process collaboration and information managementduring the construction project management, this thesis is divided into five parts. Firstof all, By presenting the evolution and overall development of PM and CPIM at homeand abroad, as well as China’s urgent requirement of construction and real estatedevelopment in recent years, the author draws out the necessity, feasibility andsignificance of research and development of CPIMS. In the second part, developmenttools, development platforms and development environments are introduced briefly toclear the framework, technical and environmental factors in the process of CPIMSdevelopment. In the third part, take a university for the prototype of the CPIMS designand development, project documentation storage, information operation and authority,collaboration and mobile office, system security control, system function integration asfunction requirements are introduced in detailed, and five system performancerequirements are also set forth. In the fourth part, from the four aspects of system design,system functional design, database design, system implementation, CPIMS plan basedon J2EE architecture are designed and implemented. Finally, it is summarized accordingto the design of this system and the application on the basis of system testing.The characteristics of this thesis lie in some aspects. Firstly, by using Javalanguage, JSP technology, Ajax technology, ExtJS framework, Tomcat, the performanceof CPIMS designed and implemented is advanced and stable. Secondly, the popularEclipse development environment for the system, according to different needs, can choose a different plug-ins, and cooperate along with Tomcat, and be powerful, sosystem development is more convenient. By the system test on the functionalperformance, the result shows that: the system can run smoothly, with very fast dataprocessing capacity, practical functions, beautiful interface, easy maintenance.Therefore,it has achieved the desired purpose. |
