These years, under the drive of electronic informationization, the electronic information technology has been used in construction management. For example, the text reports processing, statistical reports processing, the formulation of the tender bid, project financial management and such kinds of data processing. As computer information processing instead of artificial statistic, some companies have used construction project management software. The software has greatly improved work efficiency and the level of management. But on the side the level of informatization construction, there is a lot of problem and gap. For example, the level of electronic informatization lags behind other industry. And there are some issue in construction industry have manifested, such as lack of integrated software management planning and integrated information resources, lack of awareness of the important of informatization.This article combines the author’s five years experience about the industry information construction and the construction project management requirements, from the international standard contract model of International Federation of Engineers, with the domestic construction industry existing characteristics; this article is to achieve the following goals:First, improve the level of construction contract management and the management efficiency. Second, reduce the economic risk of general contracting enterprises and increase the project’s profit space. Third, improve the quality of construction. Fourth, strengthen the horizontal communication between each department, shorten the communication cycle. This article deeply discuses the schedule management, modification of contract, contract of indemnity and other important content of contract management. At the same time, the article analysis the design process and the function of the project contract management system. The system uses Windows operating system, and use Delphi as a tool to implement application software design. The system use SQL Server to develop database system. SQL server can combine with Delphi organically, composition the development environment and database system of the construction contract management software. The whole system software is based on C/S mode. In order to improve the performance of the project contract management information system, the system realizes the historical contract automatic data analysis and other functions.
