Human Resource Management System (HRMS) is an organic combination of advanced information technology and advanced human resource management concept, which can help the enterprise to manage human resource effectively with advanced information technology. As the enterprise attaches more importance to human resource, the construction of HRMS, as a system of managing human resource, draws more and more attention.The previous HRMS of Hongdu Branch of China Construction Bank has many problems, such as error occurring frequently, inefficiency of management, less security of system data and defectiveness of information sharing. Therefore, this thesis deals with re-construction of the HRMS of Hongdu Branch of China Construction Bank using lightweight framework J2EE based on Struts+Spring+Hibernate.The lightweight framework J2EE based on Struts+Spring+Hibernate is able to achieve system hierarchy well and ensure flexibility, extendibility and portability of the system. Furthermore, it is a more mature framework because the Struts, Spring and Hibernate technologies have been widely used, and making use of these open source technologies can effectively reduce system construction costs. The survey shows that the HRMS of Hongdu Branch of China Construction Bank using lightweight framework J2EE based on Struts+Spring+Hibernate can indeed meet the requirements of human resource management of Hongdu Branch of China Construction Bank, which has good performance and security, and can achieve information sharing well with other branches in Jiangxi Province. The system can increase human resource management efficiency of Hongdu Branch of China Construction Bank and reduce business costs.
