Along with the social division of laboris more and more fine, China unicom xinjiang company and branches around the citythrough the development of the user agent for way pay more and more attention to, inorder to more effectively to the agent for the management, and further promote themarketing potential develop their agents, China unicom xinjiang company to build up aset of powerful agent management system to realize information and resourcemanagement, agent channel marketing, agent business agent, the agency business andcost management, commissions are calculated, evaluation analysis and agent riskcontrol, and other functions, and complete and integrated telecommunications businessbetween multiple subsystems of data exchange, and future decision support system tothe management and analysis the system to provide the data sources.This system is a province of two level, provinces and cities on the use of system,the system support branches around the city to an authorized agents and other channelmanagement, also support the remote access to its province agent acting relatedinformation, therefore, the system must support remote operation. Give attention to theopenness of the system and the expansion of flexibility, system from system structure isdivided into operation platform should, business logic layer, data management,background processing layer four levels, and each level has clear between datainteraction interface, which is beneficial to the system in different levels of expansion.My main research work include the following:1. The xinjiang branch marketing channel system needs analysis and designfunctions, the telecommunications industry marketing channel, and channel thecharacteristics of the structure and the research status of the remuneration managementrespectively in this paper.2. Remuneration settlement procedures of system design, respectively from the design principle, system structure and logic structure design.In this paper the design and implementation of xinjiang unicom marketing channelsystem has stable operation of more than the account, settlement data through the strictaudit, and peripheral smooth docking system, for province points managementpersonnel, local channel management personnel, a line marketing personnel to provide astrong support; Commission settlement result shows transparent, meet the demand ofthe commission agent inquires.
