Liaoning Unicom Fault Information Management System Design And Implementation

Based on the existing hardware and software environment and workflow engine technology, the fault information collection and alarm system was developed for traffic&data network alarm information collection and Closed-loop management of alarm information of Liaoning Unicom Electronics Company in this thesis. The main functions and features of this system included as follows:(1). The alarm information collecting function:In order to avoid data distortion due to network failure, collection server failure or overload, this system has the function of repeated acquisition in special time or incomplete information.(2). Comprehensive analysis of the alarm. The root alarms or suspected root alarm are inferred from the causal relationship between the alarm information under the rules.(3). Analysis of multi-level alarm. In this system, the alarm information is analyzed in different layers such as acquisition layer and aggregation layer.(4).Alarms process control:Closed-loop real-time control and management failures are implemented by sending fault sheet to eligible alarm units according to international standard ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library, ITIL).The system has been deployed in Liaoning Unicom DCN network under the conditions that the validity of its performance was demonstrated by extensive tests on running.
