During the war of liberation, liberation of Harbin is China’s oldest cities, is the Central Northeast, Northeast democratic coalition headquarters and location of Northeast Administrative Committee, in the northeast of the Communist Party in the political, economic, military and cultural centre. Which, Northeast Administrative Committee National Committee of mouthpiece-democratic daily under North full area for Center,-oriented entire Northeast of North Korea people, publicity CPC of the approach, and policy, published both at home and abroad important situation, reported Korean where area of regime construction, and land reform, and industrial and agricultural production, and culture construction, many message, on Korean masses input to liberation and the Korean social of development up to has active role.The Democratic Journal was existed from April1,1948to the late March1949. Although the democratic journal has just experienced a year of development, its influence can not be ignored. This article put the democratic journal as the object of study, and analysis the background, main content and other aspects, and then summarizing the influence and historical value of the democratic journal.This article mainly divides into three parts:Introduction, main text and conclusion.The first chapter is the introduction part that mainly introduced this article’s goal, significance and domestic and foreign related research dynamic and research technique.The main text is including the second, third and fourth chapter. The second chapter describes the founding of the National Council of Northeast Executive Committee and the democratic journal. After the victory of the Second Sino-Japanese War, in the face of drastic change of the Northeast situation, the Chinese Communist Party pursuing a consistent policy of national equality, and set up the National Council of Northeast Executive Committee. Meanwhile, against the actual situation of the Korean Chinese community newspapers at that time, the Chinese Communist Party founded the democratic journal. The third chapter narrates and analysis the main contents of the democratic journal by the aspect of the policy, economy, military, and culture. The political aspect expounded the various principles, policies and the political power construction of the Chinese Communist Party published on the democracy journal. The economic aspect expounded large-scale production in rural areas. The military aspect elaborated on the liberation war and the content of the North Korean actively joined the army and supporting the front. The cultural aspect expounded the education, arts, literature and lots of other columns of the North Korean community at the time. The fourth chapter summarizing the characteristics of the democratic journal and clarify the democratic journal in research initiatives of the CPC and the KMT during the Liberation War, as well as the northern areas of political, economic, cultural and the historical value in the Liberation War.The fifth chapter is conclusion part that sum up the founding, main content, influence and the historical value of the democratic journal.
