Based On The Research Of Mobile Phone Automatically Detect Nokia S60 Platform

With the continuous development of communication technology and innovation, the pace of phone generation upgrading has been developed to an unprecedented speed. The size of the display and resistance/capacitance touch screen is increasing. GPS, WLAN, BT, FM, NFC module have been integrated. Gravity sensor, compass and so on dozens of sensors have been integrated as well. From the product time to maket and quality perspective, the testing is one of the necessary parts. Since testing is important and effective way to ensure the phone quality. In the production phase, the final product quality will be affected by every quality section. Therefore, it’s very important to perform testing on each hardware version in different production phase.This paper provides a detailed analysis of automation test solution within the production line for Nokia S60platform. This automation test is responsible for testing and calibrating hardware modules for mobile phones. The purpose of the test is guarantee that there is no defect inside phones which came from each section of production chain.The introducted automation testing effectively improves product quality, and efficiency for both R&D and production works. This paper also states the research of embedded hardware systems, embedded software OS architecture, mobile phone automation test system framework and its working principle and the specific operational procedures. Regarding the production line automation test software and test server architecture, this paper gives a deep analysis and also gives detailed introduction of how to implement a test case and integrate the case into test systems. Finally, this paper summarizes the typical issues encountered in the production line automation testing, and describes how to analysis, address and solve those issues.
