| GCM is the largest system of commercial mobile network in China and even in the world. With the increasing scale of network and people’s higher demand for network, quality problems like insufficient coverage, network congestion, poor audio quality, low possibility of switch and drop call should be solved through network optimization, so as to provide customers with the best service and improve their satisfaction. At the same time, by optimizing the allocation of resources, network resources should be utilized logically to reach the greatest potential.The paper presents a system developing scheme which is aimed at GSM system and designed to analyze network optimization through collecting the signaling data of A+Abis interface. The scheme collects data through fiber beam splitting on transmission convergence layer, and signaling data can decode the measurement report and interactive signaling between mobile phones and BSC. Utilizing the information and combining localization algorithms, network optimization can be conducted in the field of network performance, network planning and user sensibility. This paper discusses the advantages of the scheme, analyzes the technological base difficulties in implementation, demonstrates how to build the hardware, software and security architecture as well as describes how to use the system to optimize network.With Abis interface signaling collecting system, all the network optimization analysis can be conducted based on Abis interface signaling collection, which is a dream of network optimization engineers, The system has a broad application prospect. |
