| With today’s increasingly fierce market competition at home and abroad and theincreased challenges which enterprises faced, modern logistics industry has been moreattention.Computer simulation technology can help people study the logistics systemwell.It can optimize the bottlenecks in the flow,improve production efficiency andreduce the intensity of logistics,shorten the logistics route and improve irrationalfacilities layout.At the same time,it also can meet requirements of theproduction,reduce the equipment and the number of workers maximally,save costs andincrease corporate profits.This article is summarized the current logistics simulation system status and maintechnical,analysed the structure of discrete event systems, elements, simulation strategyand the modeling procedure.As the basis for this,discussed the elements of automatedlogistics systems modeling and the research.Also it introduced several commonly usedsimulation softwares,and selected Flexsim simulation tools to study the subject.This study aimed a typical automated logistics system.First of all,I understanded it’slogistics processes and collected large amounts of data.By using the methods ofmathematical statistics fitted the most realistic parameters.Secondly,using the Flexsimsoftware and the event scheduling simulation algorithm to model the system.Afterrepeatedly simulations,simulated the each logistics equipment(including stackingmachines, shuttle cars, conveyors, robots, etc.)and the actual operated conditions ofthe logistics involved personnel and logistics efficiency.Then it obtained the wholesystem and the various functional areas of logistics strength.At last,it analysied themaximum capacity of the system,gived the optimized program and were compared withthe current efficiency of the system,and it proposed some suggestions on the productionprograms and production plannings. |
