Abstract/Summary:
Visualization is a kind of theories, methods and techniques, which adopts the technology of computer graphics processing to convert the data into a graph or image displays it on the screen, and do the interactive processing. As an important visualization research branch, graphic visualization can make the abstract image, mathematically modeled as a tuple containing vertex and edge, render in visual form, so that the observer can visually analyze and understand the correlation between the data, find the hiding valuable structural patterns and easily do the information navigation.The essay presents the design objectives of visualization system, background, methods, significances and research status and problems at home and abroad; In accordance with the theories of the object-oriented development and information visualization with layered structure, it adopts UML to represent (Unified Modeling Language) the relational model, state model and functional model of defining the system requirements. On this basis, it achieves the conventional layout algorithms towards the multiple fields in terms of visualization, and provides the access facility of graphical data encapsulation formats, such as GML (Geography Markup Language), DAT (DATA abbreviation), TXT (TEXT abbreviation), custom and so on, as well as visualization carried out operation; During the system implementation process, the essay focuses on some techniques used in the system, such as the object-oriented development, iterative and incremental development, class interface definition,.NET data access, GDI+graphics and so on; Finally, through the operating results of some representative visual data, the essay does the detailed instructions towards the function and usage of the system.The graphic visualization system designed in the essay can achieve the visualization processing towards a variety of data formats, support multiple layout patterns, allow users to set attributes of visual and dynamic refresh and make the visualization results do interaction processing and saved as a variety of data storage formats, as well as provide with good expansibility. Based on this system, the user can calculate the node degrees and the edges betweenness, complete the visual presentation and operations towards the supported data formats, and make the abstract and disorder data patterns show up clearly and visually in a variety of ways, especially for the graphics with great density. Moreover, the visualization system provides the function of visualization zoom and navigation and then easily does the corresponding operation to the visualization results; Meanwhile, the interfaces reserved in the system benefit the new layout algorithms and the expansion of different data storage formats. Finally, the system makes use of.NET powerful interface design features and simplifies the interface settings as much as possible to keep the user from the technical details related to software development. In addition to, the user strictly abides by the traditional windows interface style, and then makes him know how to do with the interface not changed.
