Wireless radio frequency identification system (Radio Frequency Identification, RFID),also known as radio frequency identification technology; this is a new comprehensivetechnology, it covers wireless communication, embedded system, information security andother fields of knowledge; its initial manifestations is a bar code. However, the current RFIDsystem with intelligent, without human intervention, to meet the different distance of readingand writing, long service life, using the information encryption technology, a large amount ofinformation storage and data processing speed, rapid in the retail industry and the logisticsindustry as well as other common industry in the application. With the RFID system in allwalks of life is used more and more widely, people on the RFID system performancerequirements are also getting higher and higher, how to make the reader in as short a time aspossible to identify as many electronic label to become the focus of attention, this involves thetag anti-collision problem, had solved these focus the problem, the application of RFIDsystem will be more widely.Tag anti-collision problem of radio frequency identification system is one of the keytechnologies, tag anti-collision function is realized by wireless radio frequency identificationsystem to practical application of the inevitable requirement. This paper introduces the RFIDsystem development present situation and the anti-collision algorithm development presentsituation, then introduces the RFID system composition and working principle, and then onthe RFID system label conflict issues are described in this paper, through the analysis of someexisting tag anti-collision algorithm performance characteristics, in contrast to its advantagesand disadvantages, inherited the essence, finally this paper proposes an improved taganti-collision algorithm--an improved packet based on RFID tag anti-collision algorithm. The improved algorithm uses the command parameter to simplify command, therebytoreduce the single data transmission amount; using the stack to save every command fromreader to tags, when the reader needs to send command, only from the stack pop to andmodify the parameter, simplifies the data transmission process; using the label itself UIDXOR values identify tags, when detected only two bits in a conflict can identify two labels,improve the identification efficiency; using the label UID supreme conflict to block combinedwith the label itself UID XOR values of the packet, simple realization of the label group twopacket, and effectively avoid the label conflict, reducing the conflict number, improve theidentification efficiency.The software simulation result of the improved algorithm and the simulation result isconsistent with the theoretic analysis, the simulation results show that, the improvedalgorithm in comparison with the previous binary anti-collision algorithm, improves theanti-collision performance, especially in the occasions with large labels.
