With the strengthening of people’s awareness of energy conservation and the tension of resources’increasing, the inverter air conditioner gradually replace the fixed-frequency air-conditioning, because of the requirements for comfort and efficiency, the conversion technology of compressor develop from AC variable frequency technology, square-wave inverter technology of early stage to the vector control technology.This paper first describes the structure of the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor as the compressor power, and established a mathematical model to analyze the characteristics of the electromagnetic torque. Then the author introduced the basic principles of vector control and SVPWM. In considering the advantages and disadvantages of various algorithms and its research basis the author chooses position and speed estimation method base on state observer and phase-locked loop, and use MTPA control and the weak magnetic adjustment as current control strategy.Then the auther designed the structure of the position and speed estimation observer and given the method to calculate the parameters of the observer’s matrix, and analysised how to start the compressor by open-loop method, then the author designed the speed regulator and current regulator by the engineering approach and given the method to calculate of the regulator’s PI parameters, and designed the current controller based on its running state.The athor designed System software and hardware. On the hardware side, the athor select the TMS320LF2403A model DSP of TI as the main chip and design the main circuit and control circuit and auxiliary circuits and gave their Schematics. On the software side, the athor first divided modules by function, then described algorithm module in detail and various module’s logic flow of the control system, and gave their flow charts.At last the author do some experiments of inverter controller on air-conditioning systems, including running experiments and start experiments, at last the author analyzed the experimental results.
