Design On The Front-end Control Platform Of Electronic Police System

With the rapid development of social and economic, motor vehicles increase rapidly.And the electronic police system is an increasingly prominent role in the traffic management.The electronic police system is an important part of urban transportation systems. It is of greatsignificance in enhancing the awareness of the safe driving, puting an end to the phenomenonof the red light running, regulating the traffic safetyand fighting against the criminal acts. Areasonable, advanced front-end control platform for electronic police system can collect andprocess the video information of vehicles on traffic junctions. It also can make the scientificand rational scheduling to provide better conditions for the vehicle travel.In this paper, the design of the front-end control platform of electronic police system isproposed on the basis of widespread problems in the summary of the domestic electronicpolice monitoring system. And the industrial control computer module, the center controlpanel module, the strong electric control panel module, the camera control panel module andother hardware structures are designed. The functions of each module are analysed. And onthis basis, the power management feature of the central control panel module is proposed anddesigned. The strong electric detection function and the remote guard feature are added.According to the relationships between each module, the connection relationships between theexternal interfaces of each module are designed. According to the function of the centercontrol panel module and the camera control panel module, the software is sub-blockdesigned and tested to prove that the hardware can operate safely and reliably. The ventilationand cooling of the cabinet is designed perfectly. According to the environment of a junction,the front-end control platform of electronic police system is installed and tested. It confirmesthat the front-end control platform of the electronic police system can operate safely andreliably. The platform is a front-end comprehensive platform of the electronic police system.It can be used as the front-end IPC platform of the speeding electronic police system, the redlight running electronic police system and the law and order bayonet system.
