| With the rapid development of information technology, many high and new technologies, such as computer technology, network communications technology, multimedia technology.etc, has been more and more widely used in office automation are in fiscal department. The mode of office work has a fundamental change in departments of fiscal department. It creates a broad space for the improvement of Comprehensive Information Management System in fiscal department. Fiscal department developed consciously several finance operation application systems, accordingly strengthened effectively the management of fiscal department to fund, and accumulated a lot of precious finance data. After it was put forward, the existing production can only satisfy the daily operation transact of each finance operation application system, it isn’t implement the data integration among every system, fiscal department don’t integrate all system’s data for analysis, so it is necessary to build an urgent requirement for the comprehensive information management office platform which integrates network office, transaction management and information exchange. Firstly, the paper expatiates on the significance and the necessity of the research according to the actual situation in the background of the construction of comprehensive information management system in fiscal department. Secondly, the paper makes an intensive study of the basic knowledge and related technologies which are necessary to develop the system. Thirdly, the feasibility of the system is analyzed, the performance objectives and functional requirements of the system are well defined, software and hardware platform are determined and the system architecture is designed. Then the paper discusses the software development process and functional division. The construction of the database is designed according to the logic functions of the system. Finally, the paper also discusses the implementation of the security system of the Comprehensive Information Management System. |
