Based On The Android Mobile Conference Management System Research And Development

With the rapid development of wireless communication and mobile computing technology, people can use mobile intelligent device to realize data transmission and resource sharing in any time, any place and this greatly changed people’s life and working. And then traditional management system in conference environmental failed to keep up with the pace of The Times to realize informatization and electronizition. There is no support for attendee to get program materials, read programs to choose events, establish connections with professionals and other people they care. So this mobile conference management system based on Android has filled this gap.At first, the paper studies differences between the mobile computing environment and the traditional distributed computing environment, propounds tips that developers should pay attention to and rules should obey while developing mobile system. After that, the paper describes the requirement analysis, completes functional use model, at the same time, through these researches on HTTP and JSON, the paper designs the architecture, data transmission mode and data exchange format between the mobile client and the server, realizing the mobile conference management system, which the mobile client responses for interacting with attendees and the server responses for the data management.The system provides attendee an easy-to-use and lightweight mobile device that makes the attendee’s conference experience more interesting and rewarding. After serious function test and performance test, the system has been used, and the result shows that it not only can help attendees to easily access conference information, communicate with others, expand connections, but also can take off burdens of the conference organizers and other work staffs.
