However, the3D animation needs the film-top computer configuration, it is difficult to withstand the high equipment investment average in a small animation companies, and therefore the3D animation cannot catch up. Some3D animation companies make the scene and role was relatively rough in the state of incomplete equipment investment, difficultly compared with international film quality3D animation. For this reason, in the environment of middle-computer configuration, we commonly used3DS MAX, Maya, a VRAY software to produce high-precision3D animation products, it has become the urgent problem of domestic in a small and medium-sized animation companies.This paper introduced3D animation film "the little hero rain" scene design and production by the culture the propaganda department investment in Fengrun county, Hebei province, used secondary configuration computer and the common3D animation software to make movies level3D animation production methods.
