Recently, Tianjin Institute of Geotechnical Investigation and Surveying has many departments and involves a lot of cooperative enterprises and units, meanwhile, because of each department is relatively independent, resources can not be shared during the work of investigation and the different business should record the data many times which is not only a waste of resources, but also a waste of staff time; How to send the current status of Surveying Production Management, to break the space-time and geographical constraints, and to realize the exchange of information between the various investigation departments and the data sharing is a significant work for Tianjin Institute of Geotechnical Investigation and Surveying.Surveying Production Management System manages the whole process of surveying production through the design of application software; its functions include the management of the projects, programs, contracts during the process of surveying production, the inspection program formulation and implementation of the scheme, and at the same time include various types of statistical data and analysis reports being concerned by the surveying production, it is a overall management system for the work of surveying production.This paper describes requirements analysis, system design and realization process of Investigation and Surveying Production Management System for Tianjin Institute of Geotechnical Investigation and Surveying, firstly, the paper describes the requirements elicitation of the work of Investigation and Surveying Production according to the actual situation of Tianjin Institute of Geotechnical Investigation and Surveying and looking it as the research object, and basing on the content of requiring, it describes the comprehensive needs analysis about the work by use cases and shows the description of the functional requirements and nonfunctional requirements of the system. Then, the thesis describes the functional design and technical architecture design of the system which determines to use J2EE technology framework, java language, specifically Servlet and JSP technologies, and MVC design pattern to complete the system’s technical architecture design, and meanwhile, it describes the functional design of the major functional blocks in detail, and then it describes the design of database through investigation and surveying production data. Finally, according to the needs analysis and system design of the Investigation and Surveying Production Management System for Tianjin Institute of Geotechnical Investigation and Surveying, it describes the implementation of the system and achieves the system testing.The system ultimately realizes the overall management of the management work of investigation and surveying production management for Tianjin Institute of Geotechnical Investigation and Surveying, and it can be extended to other sectors of the work, it can realizes the entire management of the project, program, contract during the investigation and surveying production management and can records the entire process of project implementation and realizes the management of report table to help the staffs to manage the work efficiently.The operation of the system basically meets the needs of work of surveying production management for Tianjin Institute of Geotechnical Investigation and Surveying which makes the management of work more efficiently, and it makes the departments of Tianjin Institute of Geotechnical Investigation and Surveying combined together to improve the efficiency of information sharing and utilization of information.
