| It turns out that the application of the technology of Data Warehouse and Miningin Enterprise Plant Management is significant duo to the rapid development of thetechnology in recent years.The technology of Data Mining will contribute to settle theproblems which Can’t be resolved via traditional data analysing approaches.And thediscovery of relationship hidden among the data and the advancing trend of the data willenhance much more our capability of data analysis and process.In the management system of enterprise equipment.we adopt helix exploitationapproaches which design the data model of the plant operating maintenance and the datawarehouse of the plant management from top to bottom,Meanwhile we made use ofData Mining arithmetic to analyze and process the enterprise facilities data.The course of constructing the data warehouse entails sifting,cleaning andcollecting a Iarge quantity of original data,which makes it convenient for US to provideaccurate and precise data mass for the data mining.We could set up a data warehousesystem in the facilities division of big-scaled enterprise,establish a data market in everybranch-factory or plant of the enterprise,furthermore,utilize the original data to controland guarantee the consistence and transfer of the data,and use the star-shaped model toensure the relationships among each parts of the equipment management,lastly wecould set up a data model IDEF,1.X by means of ClMS.The research and application of the data mining technology makes the core of thewhole issue.The buiid of the data warehouse provides a good platform for data miningwhich aims at exploring valuable information from a large number of history data.Withthe consideration of the complicated and disorder quality of the data,we employdescriptive model clustering to classify the data roughly while making datapreparations,at the same time we take advantage of forecast Liner Regressiontechnology and Bayesian Classified model to foresee the equipment maintenance.In actual system we adopt small-sized MySQL database system and edit programviaHTML&VB6.0Language in accordance with related data mining standards.Wesucceed in accomplishing the design of equipment management system,Liner Remm, Bayesian Classification and realization of arithmetic of Hierarchical Clustering.Thesystem not only support the multi-data resources but also possess the good quality oftrans-platform and extension.The results of the analysis of the sample data operation prove a satisfying effectand foresee a good application prospect of the system.... |
