With the rapid development and the widespread application of Internet technology,the network is affecting and changing peoples’ lives; more and more enterprises alsouse it to publicize themselves and work on human resources management, whichgreatly enhanced the management efficiency and competitiveness of enterprise.After particular discussing and feasibility research that based on the analysis ofthe characteristics, significances and general development of the online recruitmentsystem, a web recruitment system was designed and implemented. This system takesadvantages of some advanced internet technologies, such as Struts, JSP, JavaBean,Servlet, JDBC, SQL and so on, adopts the B/S three levels architecture softwareexploitation, follows the principles of simplicity, pertinence, extendibility and security.This system includes the system administrator module, the enterprise useradministration module and individual user administration module, and has realizedfollowing functions: The information management of recruitment enterprise and jobseekers for administrator; The issuances of employment information, the highlyeffective filtering and communication with job seekers for administrator; The browseof employment information and the aimed delivery of resume for job seekers.
