The new method can avoid simply and repetitive computation.Thus, salary can be accurately and fast computed and pay. This thesis design anddevelop salary management software in order to satisfy requirements of ShandongAluminum Company.Salary management system is the application software to support salarymanagement of enterprise. The system consists of position management, salarymanagement, report and search, and interfaces. It can support salary modification,setting of salary standard, month salary initiation, initial date output, salary processing,and setting of insure standard. It covers the requirements of salary management atShandong Aluminum Company.The thesis designs and develops the system from steps that includes analysis ofrequirement, system design, and system implement based on theory of softwareengineering. J2EE, Struts2framework, ExtJS framework and Web Service techniquesare used to develop the salary management with B/S architecture pattern.Computation of salary in Shandong Aluminum Company can be done accuratelybased on the salary management system. It includes the processing of basic positionsalary, non-period bonus, insure, and so on. Then, the system can pay in time salary toright employee. The system can run stably and reliably. Employee and system managercan process business anywhere and anytime. |
