With the pace of the times ahead, we have entered the era of knowledge economy,human resource has become one of the important factors of deciding a lifeblood ofenterprises. Therefore, if an enterprise wants to be successful, in addition to have perfecthardware facilities, the management of human resources has become an essential part.At present, among the competition of universities, the role of human resources isbecoming more and more obvious. The staff’s cohesion, centripetal force and dedicatedattitude determine the long term development of colleges. University human resourcesmanagement refers to the various departments of the personnel management, includingengaged in scientific research, technology department and management of humanresources. The use of scientific management methods and concepts, with the aid of thecomputer technology, to manage the complex human resources information for unifying,is now a hotspot in research of computer application.In this paper, based on the actual investigation, we analyzed the basic functiondemand of university human resources. According to the object-oriented softwareengineering method, we carried out a detailed system analysis, system design andsystem implementation, using MyEclipse6.0as a development tool, using Java andMVC framework technical specification, and finally we developed a human resourcemanagement system based on B/S model. This HRMS realize the function ofpersonnel information management module, statistical analysis module, the individualsetting module, system maintenance module. Through analysis and test, we canconclude that the HRMS can make the university human resources management morescientific and standardized. So this thesis mainly completes the following tasks:(1) According to the basic idea of the new human resources management and thesystem requirements of the specific circumstances, using the idea of softwareengineering to design the system development process, using Visio tools to support thedesign of the system development process.(2) Using the theory of process management, establishing the models and analyzingthe system users, providing the different functions for different users. (3) Applying the B/S architecture, analysis the three-tier architecture technologysolutions used in the presentation layer, business logic and data services layer and todeal with the key technical issues of develop the Human Resources ManagementSystem Based on B/S.(4) Testing the system platform, and verifying the HRMS platform is achieve thedesired objective function.
