Communications Company Auxiliary Management System Design And Implementation

With the rapid development of computer, its use has spreaded among all walks of fields. The communication enterprises, due to their own needs, lead the way of informationization. As a result of the fast growth of the communication industry, a vast majority of funds and construction projects exist at the same time with the production tasks, together with the incapacity of the project management of the available enterprise information system and the awkwardness and complication of the professional project management software:; all these cry our for the strong demand for the discovery of a more suitable project management software for the current communication enterprises to closely link with the office and work order system in being.In my thesis, in view of the actual need of communications enterprise project management and the work of production, I design and implement a set of enterprise employees work for the computer-aided management system using advanced computer technology and the theory of project management. This work aid management system links the communications enterprise of existing office system and single system with in WBS (work breakdown structure) as the foundation, to effective manage and control the enterprise project process. Through the system all employees and managers can get work schedule management, work progress management, work breakdown management, work remind function, work automatic remind, urgement, and other functions. From different business to the system as a task launch entrance, relying on different systems such as work order a specific business data work breakdown, managers can give specific work breakdown to employees’ personal head. All different types of tasks will be able to realize the statistics analysis function, can promote the communication between the project team discuss, convenient collaboration between the staff; With the full open process, you can copy assignment, passe the organization work details to any person; Realizing the whole record of the project in the implementation of all documents, data, implementation details. As a work order system and document system downstream processes,it perfects enterprise office automation, information construction. This system adopts the design concept of MDA (Model Driven Architecture); uses the object-oriented analysis method, following the rules of UML (Unified Modeling Language); analyzing the demand situation through the Use Case Diagram; takes the StarUML open source tools to construct systemic model, applies the SOA basic structure and B/S pure three-layer framework; employs the standard Web Service to realize the connection between enterprises and other systems; follows the protocol of SOAP1.1to unify the data expression form as XML when any one of the interface port needs to transmit them. All these make this software system open and entensive.On planning the soft&hard ware platform where the system operates, we take the scientific calculation method to analyze and evaluate the working environment of the system and that available by enterprises, considering the economical efficiency. Therefore, it is of some practicability and reference value.
