| As the curriculum reform of elementary and middle school has been deepened recently, school-based curriculum is used as a break through and becomes the key point to impel the development of basic education system in our country. New curriculum reform requires students to develop their personality by taking a variety of school-based curriculum base on their interest on top of basic subjects. In order to satisfy the personal needs of students, school should let the students select the classes they want freely and take the class in different classrooms. However, the traditional fix-class, fix-curriculum management system is too limited to satisfy this need. It is an urgency to develop a personalized, modern and reasonable student personnel administration system. The development of web based academic management system can solve this problem.By aiming the need of registering school-based curriculums, this web-based student personnel administration system was developed by using the software Dreamweaver2004(front ground), combined with Asp animated website technique. Software Access was used as database for background. Students, teachers and administrators can access the system. In this registration system, all the curriculum information is posted; teachers and students can do a two-way selection. In the education center of this system, teachers can post class notes, homework online, also answer the questions. Students can download notes upload homework and check the answers. Besides, students are able to evaluate teachers on line, which help them more objective and fair.School-based academic administration system offers a great convenience to the educational administration personnel for their management; improves the personalize development of students; makes the effective monitor of education activities comes true, helps to put the plan of school-based curriculum into operation. This system is a platform for personalized development of students. |
