The centrifuge is mainly used to separate blood, cells, chemical products,it is acommon equipment for industry, medicine, biotechnology and other industries. Ingeneral, the centrifuge which the highest speed is more than30000r/min is calledultracentrifuge. In recent years centrifuge technology is developing rapidly at homeand abroad, it is becoming to the direction of the high-speed, high precision,self-testing, networking, remote monitoring. The paper established a centrifuge onlineremote group control system, fieldbus and industrial Ethernet technology are used toconnect to many centrifuges to achieve the remote centralized monitoring.The systemcan help to improve the production efficiency of the centrifuge, and reduce the laborcosts, increase the competitiveness of their products.At the same time, users can alsocomplete remote monitoring and diagnostics of the state of each centrifuge.Industrial Ethernet is a industrial communication networks technology-basedFast Ethernet and TCP/IP technology.Industrial Ethernet in industrial enterpriseautomation system management and monitoring layer has been widely used, and isbeginning to show the trend of the development of an extension to the industrialcontrol field.A PROFIBUS-DP and PROFINET hybrid networks is designed to establish theultracentrifuges remote group control system. The system has three layers of networkstructures. The frist layer is execution layer for equipment, the second layer is sitemonitoring layer and the third layer is remote monitoring and informationmanagement layer. The device performs layer using the PROFIBUS-DP connectioneach centrifuge node, site monitoring layer and remote monitoring and informationmanagement use PROFINET to build a network.The paper designed the electronic control system of the ultracentrifuge,including MCU module, signal measurement module, control module, touch screendisplay module and fieldbus communication module. Signal measurement moduleincludes a thermistor temperature measurement module, infrared thermopiletemperature measurement module, the speed measurement module and vacuummeasurement module. The control module includes temperature control module, speedcontrol module and vacuum control module.The software process of the ultracentrifuge node communication module and the preparation of the GSD file of the ultracentrifuge node are designed. With STEP7andiMap, the system achieved PROFINET CBA (Component Based Automation)communication solutions, and the composition and type of communication protocolbetween the components of the system were introduced detailed.Remote real-time monitoring software of the ultracentrifuge group wasdeveloped with Delphi7.0software platform. Users can use the software to realizemany functions of the ultracentrifuge group, for example task management, parametermodification, the history of queries and print.At the monment users can monitor thereal-time operation parameters of all of the centrifuges on the master interface. Onceone of the centrifuges failure, the system can monitor the type of centrifuge failuresand user can manage and maintain it conveniently.
