Design And Implement The Scientific Technological Retrieval Managment System Of TCM Based On B/S Architecture

Traditional Chinese medical science and technology retrieval plays an important decision and reference value in scientific research project evaluation, scientific research achievements appraisal and patent application. However we are still in the artificial control stage in Chinese literature retrieval of traditional Chinese medicine center, it not only increased the workload but also made the data which accumulated for many years is difficult to use effectively. So, we are urgently to establish a platform to improve the efficiency of traditional Chinese medical science and technology novelty search, and to achieve sustainable accumulated resources to provide application foundation.This paper focus on novelty search business process automation, design and implement traditional Chinese medical scientific and technological retrieval management system based on B/S architecture. The research content mainly includes four parts:The first part is demand analysis stage. After a detailed analysis, we design four user roles:novelty searching member, auditor, administrator, users, and tries to design for each user needs in users’ perspective, and strictly control the operation of each user permissions based on the standard process. The second part is design stage. According to the results of the demand, build the whole system structure, analysis and design of the main function modules, detailed planning and design the permissions and main functions of the four roles. For example:user submit the power of attorney of sci-tech novelty search online; Novelty searching member can manage, edit and modify the novelty report data; The auditor can appraise and save the audit report; Administrator can manage all users in the system. The third part is implementation. This system based on B/S architecture, dynamic service page, relational database technology, using ASP code realization, database used SqlServer2000, system related to a large insert, delete, alter, query operations, all of them use ASP ADO component implementation, and improve the application and database interactive flexibility and convenience. The fourth part is the system security functions. The system also use some of the function modules to increase the security of the system, such as:the SQL injection module, MD5encryption module, special characters filter module, so as to enhance the security of the system and stability, and try to prevent the system from unpredictable problem.At present the system has achieved a power of attorney of sci-tech novelty search online submission, online inquires, and optimization and adjustment constantly, provided a convenient business platform, improved the sci-tech novelty search efficiency and achieve a novelty search data resources effectively storage, management, solve the problems in the practical work of sci-tech novelty search, provided a good working platform for traditional Chinese medical science and technology sci-tech novelty search.This system has been built and put into use, but need to be further functional expansion to meet more requirements. We expect that while a certain amount of data accumulated can provide users personalized content customization, get all kinds of information together with information polymerization and push to end users. We can build a user group for who have the same or similar research direction, provide them a bridge for communication and cooperation. These ideas involves resources, technology and tools of integration and use, remains to be further studies and discusses and practice.
