According to the broadband business development, the current network situation and the necessity of better service quality, it’s quite urgent to optimize the transformation of IP metropolitan area network in order to form a network which has diversified businesses, different network levels and network access differentiation.Inner Mongolia Unicom users are increasing rapidly in the scale, followed by the business development of all types of information.
