This article combines features of data integration comprehensive treatmentinformation and information processing methods of cloud model combiningqualitative and quantitative; analysis characteristics and proposes architecture of dataintegration of coal preparation plant CIMS environment; detailed analysis data fusionbased on cloud model of workshop automation subsystem, schedule managementsubsystem and decision management subsystem of coal preparation plant, creates datafusion illustration model of each subsystem, as well as data fusion method and itsalgorithm based on cloud model of each subsystem.First, for workshop automation subsystem, proposes fault detection anddiagnosis of jig automatic control system based on cloud model, dispense limitationsof traditional method of neural network maybe falling into a local minimum, apply thereasoning method of one-dimension cloud model mapping to fault detection anddiagnosis of jig automatic control system; second, for schedule managementsubsystem, raise an improved genetic algorithm based on cloud model for schedulingproblem, aimed at problems of genetic algorithms such as searching slow andvulnerable to local optimal solutions, proposes two new genetic algorithm by usingrandomness and stability characteristics of cloud model: caga algorithm and cgaalgorithm, according to the actual situation of coal blending scheduling, proposesscheduling model for coal blending in coal preparation plant and the two new geneticalgorithm are compared with traditional genetic algorithm in the model; the last, thedecision-making management subsystem decision-making of coal preparation plantperformance assessment of cloud model data fusion algorithm, the algorithm takes incomputer simulation techniques and similarity comparison algorithm to avoid thegraphic which display can not be clearly reflected in the results of theassessment,while improving the accuracy in detailed analysis on the basis of the coalpreparation plant process to create a coal preparation plant performance evaluationdata fusion assessment model.To be better from the traditional methods of analysis to the algorithm simulationcoal preparation plants the various subsystems of three subsystems.
