Design And Implementation On Building Electronic Commercial Platform

Through subdividinge-commerce market, realize digital management and service facilitation for the related propertymanagement company. And help Property Company to produce new profit model through theservice of electronic business. The platform made the property management business digitization,forming the property management information system. Researched building e-commerce,including business model, field of application, mode of payment and technologies ofpersonalized recommendation. Researched and developed the building electronic mall based onthe property management system. Designed and developed functions, including online shopping,personalized recommendation of commodity, shopping cart management, the personal center ofuser, and realized the back-office system of e-mall, including commodity management, ordermanagement, personalized recommendation management, advertising delivery management,user management, the authority administration and advance payment management.The electronic commercial platform which was designed and implemented in this paper hadbeen offered for the GuangDa property company, realized the actual needs of property. Theelectronic commercial platform provides the efficient and convenient digital management andservice, including release and feedback of information, building e-mall.
