Based on the technologies of Internet of Things, every product in a digital warehousecan be embedded into an RFID tag, and the nodes in the wireless sensor network cantransport the information of product which read from the tag by RFID reader to sink nodevia its wireless transceiver unit, with the support of computer management software, theitem information is automatically entried into the database systems of the enterprise and thedigital information collection of operating procedures in warehouse is implemented, thenthrough the digital warehouse management system to realize the unified management andcontrol. As the two important supporting technology of Internet of Things, how to apply thefull integration of RFID technology and WSN into the warehouse Management system isthe focus research point of the digital warehouse.With the explosive growth in the amount of logistics information, traditionalwarehouse management system cannot meet people’s real-time requirements for theproduct information in the warehouse, Therefore, it is urgent to introduce automaticidentification technology, wireless communication technology and related computermanagement technology into warehouse management system so as to achieve the automaticacquisition and wireless transmission of product information, as well as to improve theefficiency of the storage management. However, the problem of incompatibility betweenRFID and WSN, and the issues of data processing and device control in embeddedenvironment limit the development of the digital warehouse.In order to solve the problem in this dissertation, firstly the digital logistics systemarchitecture based on Internet of Things is proposed, and the collaborative methods ofRFID technology&WSN in digital warehouse are studied, then an application scheme isdesigned. Combined with modern logistics environment, the digital warehouse softwarearchitecture is analyzed totally, including the need analysis, the basic operation processesanalysis of the logistics system, software architecture design and functional implement,control and management of hardware devices such as RFID readers. Secondly, themiddleware system of the digital warehouse system is designed, including the functionaldescription and design scheme of RFID middleware and ZigBee middleware, aiming atrealizing the data exchange and processing analyses between different platforms underheterogeneous networks in digital warehouse. Finally, the research work and achievementsof the digital logistics system is summarized completely, and the prospect of digitalwarehouse development is explored to provide some reference value for the future logistics system.
