Fatigue test-bed is the reliability and service life of the elastic parts testingequipment. It is essential for process improvement and quality improvement ofproducts. Hydraulic servo-control system is key to achieving the test loads and loaddynamic quality assurance links.The subject of the study is based on the "supporting rollers simulation andtesting platform project". The study includes: designing architecture and testinstrument of the supporting roller fatigue test platform, better implementing onactual conditions simulation; Improving the process of the rack structure’s weaklinks, on the dyanm analysis by ABAQUS; On advantages and disadvantagesanalysis of the part’s implementation of the servo control system, establishingintegrated solution of the hydraulic servo system for axial loads, completeinghydraulic system’s design. Completing mathematical modeling of theelectro-hydraulic force control system by using analytic modeling method, andusing project setting method and simulation techniques for the optimization of PIDcontrol parameters calibration. Focused on negative effects on dynamic qualitysystems in small load rigidity, completeing dynamic simulation and parameteroptimization in the Simulink environment.The topic research is from programme establishing of the supporting rollerfatigue test-bed to optimization design of the hydraulic servo system, which can beconsulted in test-bed design of elastic parts, and has certain commonality.
