| Biochemistry analyzer is a necessary instrument for chemical investigation and clinical diagnostics. It is mainly used in the detection of various biochemical indexes. And it also provided scientific data for the user. This aims of the article was to optimization and design a biochemical analyzer control system. It has a better performance, able to meet the user’s needs.Firstly, the principles of biochemical analyzer is Introduced, and the development of Automatic biochemical analyzer in native and foreign countries is summarized. The content and significance of research is also introduced. A method of small automatic biochemical analyzer system was proposed, which was based on the ARM-Double SoC(System on a Chip). This system has many good characteristics, such as multitaskingã€high real-time and computational complexity of the data. The structure of the system was that ARM worked as upper computer and SCM worked as lower computer, and serial communications was adopted between ARM and SoC. To achieve real-time multi-tasking, ARM was responsible for the allocation of tasks and storage data, one MCU was used to position the reagent tray and the data acquisition, and the other MCU was used to rotate of the arm and add sample. The software was developed by using the programming language:embedded Linux and QT/E(QT/Embedded). The experimental results show that the system has many advantages such as good real-time motion control, strong computing power, and reliable performance. In addition, it completely meets the system requirements. |
