Agriculture is the origin of a country,which is solid can ensure the state. In the processof the grain storage, the situation of the grain(temperature, humidity, air condition)will canchange, which directly affect the quality of food,thus,the depot control and management ofgrain is particularly important. The study of this article is the food control system based onecological environment,which can measure temperature, humidity and the concentration ofcarbon dioxide.It will do analysis and examination,the design of system from the aspects ofhardware and software, which plays a very important role in the green grain storage.This paper mainly studies the optimization problem of the information fusion algorithmand the software implementation. According to the probability problem of the Calman filteralgorithm, we proposed one kind of the fusion algorithm based on the flexible logic, adjustingthe relationship of the probability operator and the generalized correlation, which can realizethe flexible. The main contents are as follows:(1) The hardware of the system carry out strictly selection in accordance with the needsof the working environment, the hardware circuit is based on the core of AT89C51to design,the temperature、humidity and the concentration of carbon dioxide can be detected by avariety of sensors.(2) With the change of food situation, we put forward the technology of informationfusion based on flexible logic and the evaluation model of grain. Finally, we proposes theoverall design train about the system. The main train of thought is: firstly, integrated the eachof acquisition signal by the Calman filter algorithm(data layer), and then through theheterogeneous information fusion algorithm, finally to fusion the three factor(feature). In theprocess of fusion, combined with the flexible logic, in order to reduce the probabilityproblems which brought by the rigid.(3) The software system is developed by VB6.0, the data display of every observationpoint will show the change trend of grain, and it shows the overall evaluation of the grain. Thesystem will point the potential pest and bacterial combined with the history data,.In order toPay attention to the factor of grain closely, and it can provide real-time alarm information tothe operational staff. This system is reliable and practical, which has the good prospect of application. It notonly meet the requirements of measurement and control of food system. The system doing theappropriate modifications can also be applied to the other related industries of storage andgreenhouse.
