| SCADA system of natural gas scheduling is a dispatching automation system on the base of computer which can realzie the detection and control for on-site operating equipment. It plays an irreplaceable role for the realization of natural gas dispatching automation and modernization to improve the efficiency and level of scheduling.In this paper, a new SCADA system development of Zhejiang province natural gas scheduling is regarded as the background of study.The system composition and design scheme were discussed in this paper. PLC standardized programming of the basic control unit, the software and hardware design of data acquisition system, monitoring system and history of redundant database has been realized. Finally, the whole system was deployed to the VMWARE virtual platform. It can be seen by comparing new SCADA system with old SCADA system that the stability and reliability of system has been improved which has a certain application value. |
