With the vigorous development of rail transportation, the subway has become animportant way to travel. The beginning of2012, the Shanghai rail network has formedthe preliminary scale, there are11lines,282stations, the total operating mileage ofmore than400km. According to statistics, in2010, Shanghai rail transit cumulativepassenger1,901,296,500people, the average daily passenger traffic reached5,209,000passengers,2011annual cumulative passenger2,102,530,700people, theaverage daily passenger traffic reached5,760,400passengers during the2010Shanghai World Expo average daily passenger flow reached5,943,900passengers. Isnot difficult to find from these figures, the Shanghai rail transit passenger is showingleapfrog growth, which put a higher demand orbit delivery of payment. Single rail tohand over the line, which includes inbound, outbound and sometimes replacementticket machines on the update, and several credit card link and can often be seen linedup before the rail vehicle delivery station ticket window or fare collection equipment,to ride the rails cross people travel inconvenience, also not consistent with the subwaythis modern travel. As a way to pay for rail transportation, the non-one-way ticket,non-contact, fully self-contained way more and more cause for concern. People nolonger troubled by purchasing tickets-swipe pit stops-the way of the recovery of aone-way ticket outbound, but looking for a simple payment. The large-scale use of theone-way ticket, rail delivery not only have to bear the cost of the ticket card, but alsothe organization of human labor for production, recycling, inventory, warehousing, deployment. The slow way ticket wicket, a replacement ticket ride mileageunderestimated To fare collection equipment and ticket cards are plug-recovery loss. These characteristics affect the popularity of the one-way ticket. According tostatistics, in2010, accounted for22.61%of the entire rail transit pay the proportion of votes card use one-way ticket, the year2011is reduced to19.33%.If we take a look at the Shanghai Rail Transit Payment Statistics, ShanghaiPublic Transportation Card occupied the the Shanghai rail traffic ticket card use, theproportion jumped from74.93percent in2010to77.85%in the year2011, also in linewith the payment habits of the general public, but it can not The cross-industry use, limiting its further development. At the same time, after the credit card can not viewyour balance, do card back card red tape, easy to damage, loss reporting difficult itdefective.Shanghai rail transit ticketing system, also known as the fare collection system, which is based on computer technology, communication technology, networktechnology, automation technology-based management system. It is divided into fivelevels of the clearing system, the line central computer system, the station centralcomputer system, terminal equipment and ticket card. The clearing system is the coresystem of fare collection system. The main function of the fare collection system:Statistics and analysis of the management of terminal equipment, passenger trafficand fares, with external systems such as reconciliation and financial settlement. This paper studies the various applications of RFID technology at home andabroad in a different industry, analysis of the characteristics of RFID technology, combined with the the Shanghai Metro fare collection system, and the clearing system, paid phone cards from RFID orbit delivery of the major players in the point of view ofthe clearing system, to reflect the level of scientific operational management ofShanghai Rail Transit, the RFID phone cards in Shanghai rail delivery paymentapplications solutions, and the RFID phone cards cross-sector pay and the originalAFC upgrade system key issues:1) terminal equipment compatible the RFID phonecard problem.2) the RFID phone card business logic problems.3) within the clearingsystem, subsystem interaction collaborative problem.4) clearing system of the theRFID phone card consumption parameter management problems.5) statistical anddeal with the issue of the RFID phone card transaction records.6) the rail trafficclearing system and the mobile phone payment platform reconciliation issues. On this basis, the complete modeling from the business logic of eachparticipant’s needs and clearing system architecture. Then clearing system for raildelivery around RFID phone card payment applications, detailed design from thepoint of view of the clear molecular system interaction parameter management, transaction messages, and mobile platform interface. Finally, the practice paid phone card access RFID applications and cross-railticketing system is verified, the upgraded rail cross-ticketing system has undergonethe large passenger flow test of the daily average of nearly6million people ofShanghai Rail Transit, stable performance met the design requirements. Early in the function of the opening the RFID phone cards of transactions and transaction amountwas a steady growth trend, solving and design verification and improvement of theapplication.
