With the development of market oriented economy in China, we have realizedthat talent is can be support core elements of sustained, steady and healthy economicdevelopment in China; base on this understanding, more and more enterprises areincreasingly concerned about the issue of human resources management. Complexpersonnel work can be required to establish scientific institution and it should be usepracticable management tools to assist every enterprise of staff management. Forconglomerate in particular, in present increasingly competitive, corporateheadquarters and branches need to establish a standardized workflow; and they shouldbe do well human resource management. Recent human resource management systemis base on the workflow characteristics of personnel management, and into targeted toa division of enterprise; by having a process management system that it will workbetween headquarters and divisions of all aspects to link organically combinedtogether. Workflow is the core idea of human resource management system forconglomerate.Firstly, this article discusses the present situation of Chinese human resourcemanagement and conglomerate on the application of human resources managementsystem background; it based on the characteristics of human resources management,to design a conglomerate–oriented nature of new human resources managementsystem of enterprise based on workflow.Secondly, this article focuses on characteristics of human resources management,and on the basis of analyze in depth workflow technology; focuses researchconglomerates in key issues to be solved in the procedure of human resourcemanagement, extract standardized workflow.At last, to concrete implementation standardized workflow into the system,realized standardization and processed; so as to achieved standard operation,improving the quality of work, purpose to meet clients requirements, increases thestrength of the conglomerate in terms of human resources management, effectivelypromote the healthy development of enterprise.
