Abstract/Summary:
This paper is basing on a cold strip coiling tension control system designed for thedomestic steel company. The Siemens S7-300PLC applied mainly for system dataprocessing and transmission device monitored is the core of the system control deviceafter analyzing the strip coiling tension control system in detail and study of domesticand foreign strip coiling tension control equipment and technology. And then theSiemens SIMOVERT MASTERDRIVES6SE70series vector control inverter withmultiple speed and torque closed-loop control function was choosed as maintransmission device of mill, it is very favorable for processing speed and torque ofasynchronous motor. Finally, the upper monitor system developed by the configurationsoftware WinCC is used in cold strip coiling tension control system, making staff easilymaster the situation of production and working state of equipment, realizing networkcontrol and fault alarm functions of system.This article specifically focused on the research of the following:1) Based on task and technological requirements of cold strip coiling controlsystem control, analyzing mechanism and mathematical model of the cold strip coilingtension and expounding basic principle and method of the cold strip coiling constanttension control, Finally,putting forward design of scheme system.2) Based on mathematical model of the strip coiling tension and the indirectconstant tension control method used by system, this paper analyzes diameter changeand dynamic torque compensation problems in process of winding roll and solutions.3) Expounding basic structure, principle, function and characteristics of SiemensS7-300PLC, SIMOVERT MASTERDRIVES6SE70series vector frequency converterand photoelectric pulse coder. Giving the hardware equipment selection and functionparameter setting of system, completing the hardware designthe of system.4) The hardware configuration and design of the main program, torque closed loopcommunication program of whole system is realized with STEP7software of S7-300PLC. According to the system requirement of process, the upper monitor system isdesigned with WinCC in the industrial PC, which has completed the cold strip coilingtension control system design.
