Abstract/Summary:
Vehicle reliability is one of the most concerned quality indexes to users, and it affectsroad transportation safety directly. Rapid development on vehicle industry requires more andmore commercial vehicle operation reliability (CVOR), so to study on CVOR systematicallyhas import actual means.On the basis of user needs analysis of the enterprises (transportation enterprises, vehiclemanufacturing enterprises and vehicle maintenance enterprises) and transport managementdepartments (ministry, provincial and municipal department) for CVOR, using objectoriented programming method, ADO database access technique and Client/Server architecture,taking Visual Studio2010as the development tool and SQL Server2008as the server, thesupervision platform of CVOR is developed, and its function modules are designed, such asuser management, vehicle data management, new vehicle reliability access management,operation reliability of commercial vehicle supervision and management, standards andregulations, system helps ect. Its specific functions are: user management; passwordmodification; operation permission setting; vehicle data management (including vehicle basicinformation; vehicle maintenance records; vehicle technical rank evaluation; vehiclesecondary maintenance; vehicle operation records); vehicle technical condition query;inherent reliability indexes evaluation; inherent reliability access query; operation reliabilityindexes evaluation; operation reliability of vehicle weighted evaluation; vehicle brands’operation reliability evaluation; vehicle life statistics; vehicle operation reliability levelstatistics; vehicle fault statistics; vehicle essential safety assembly fault statistics and relativelaws and regulations views etc. Taking graphical device interface technique shows resultsrespectively in pie charts or bar charts, such as vehicle reliability level and essential safetyassembly fault statistics results, vehicle life and technical condition change rule.Practice demonstrations show that the supervising platform has steady performances, andcan realize to control and supervise CVOR for each user effectively.
