Based On Unieap Workflow Of Xiking Bank Audit Management System Design

In recent years, follow the acceleration of rural financial system and market-oriented of China’s cotton and oil circulation system reforms, XiJing Bank as China’s Agricultural Policy Bank, its banking-related businesses are rapid developed. Internal Audit Department as XiJing bank "immune system" is playing a positive role in risk prevention, but at the same time, there are still many problems and shortcomings in audit methods and management. It’s mainly performed on the head office and each audit institutions are lack of effective method and comprehensive understanding of audit situation in time during the process of carrying out each audit, there’re bigger problems in several aspects, such as standard audit process, monitoring audit quality, clear staff responsibilities and supervise the progress of work etc.Firstly, the development status of current business of XiJing bank and main problems of internal audit work are analyzed, the necessity of develop audit management system based on UniEAP Worlflow is illustrated as well. Base on this, the core processes of on-site audit in audit project implementation is also analyzed. And then it is analyzed the MVC system architecture, the core subsystem such as the audit staff management subsystem, audit management subsystem and audit project implementation subsystem are designed in details. Base on UniEAP Workflow management system, it is discussed the workflow model of newly born bad-loan audit and its development. Finally, the future of the workflow technology application in the field of internal audit is forecasted.
