| Cloud computing is a new computing technology, which provides hardwareresources and software resources to the users according to some rules. Most of thecomputing tasks are distributed on a resource pool and users can improve the power ofthe computing, get the service of information and the storage space. The integration ofsoftware, hardware and information resource can improve the ratio of resources usageand the quality of secure management, respectively.Information war is the basic form of wars in the current era. In order to make fulluse of the priority of the information and decision, the accuracy and real-time ofmilitary information become more and more important. Currently, the structure of ourmilitary information network has some problems such as the overstaffing, the lowerusage of resources and the intensification of information security threat. To addressthese limitations, we use the cloud computing to improve the performance of thecurrent military network.In this thesis, a new military information cloud structure model is proposed basedon the premier research on cloud computing, and their network structure layers andfunctions are designed. As the key content we further analyze the performance of themilitary operational command aided decision making problem based on the militaryinformation cloud. And, for this aided decision making problem, we construct abi-objective optimization model in which the winner rate of the wars should bemaximized and the loser rate of the wars should be minimized, respectively. Finally, anew genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the bi-objective model and the simulationresults show that the new model and the new algorithm is effective. |
